(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to renew the prayer later. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to renew the prayer if there is a change in circumstance.
