The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the Government order which is under challenge in the present writ petition had already been quashed.

2. Thus, the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished and no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
