ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) Nothing survives in this writ petition for the following reasons. The challenge is to an order of suspension dated 25.08.2009 and an order dated 15.11.2010 confirming the same.

2.Mr.C.Harsha Raj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has written instructions stating that the order of suspension has been revoked on 30.01.2020 and that the petitioner has been re-posted to a different division. He is presently in service. 3.Recording the aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
