The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 05.10.2017 on the basis of the order dated 19.09.2017 in O.A. No. 688 of 2017 in C.S. No.536 of 2017 passed by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the representation of the Petitioner dated 05.10.2017 has been considered by the Respondent and nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
