(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for Respondents 1 and 2, produced a communication dated 01.11.2019 vide DDE/S/254/2019, received from Annamalai University, which reads as under:
"With reference to the above subject, this is to inform you that our University is not offering any Medical related courses through Distance Education Mode."

In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.34013 of 2005 is closed.
