This petition is filed seeking to set aside the order of dismissal for non-prosecution dated 13.01.2020 and to restore the above Second Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the Second Appeal No.513 of 2010 is restored to file.

4. Post the second appeal for hearing on 10.03.2020.
