Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an ad interim injunction restraining the respondent/defendant or his men, agents or servants or anybody claiming through him from in any manner to encumber the suit schedule property to any third party or parties till the disposal of the suit.
This Original Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following order:-
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he has no intention to alienate the suit property.
2.The suit itself is filed for partition. In view of the same, this court is of the view that the parties can be directed to file written statement and go for a trial for earlier disposal of the suit.
3.In view of the same, the interim order granted by this Court is made absolute.
4.Post C.S.No.236 of 2018 on 19.07.2018 for filing written statement.
