The notice issued for disqualification under Section 38 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the period of the elected office bearers is expired and the cause aroused for filing of the writ petition became vanished.

3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner states the writ petitioner is died. Thus, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
