2. The vehicle is yet to be repossessed. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks extension of time for the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle.

3. Time is extended for the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle by another period of two weeks. If the Advocate Commissioner fails to repossess the vehicle on or before the next hearing date, this Application shall stand automatically closed by granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner as ad when the vehicle is traceable.
