This revision has been filed against the order dated 09.01.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham, Vellore District in Crl.M.P.No.6474 of 2018. 2.The charge sheet is not filed.

3.Under these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to set aside the order passed by the Magistrate. 4.Therefore, the criminal revision is dismissed in the admission stage itself.
