ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the FIR as against the petitioners in Crime No.1278 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022 on the file of the 1 st respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, on 04.01.2025 vide Ref.No.LTN20230002835/C202500001.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
