ORDER
Petition in WMP.No.4500 of 2026 has been filed to grant leave to file the above Review Application in WP.No. 49013 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025 and Rev.Aplw.Sr.No.15589 of 2026 has been filed to review the order made in WP.No.49013 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025.
2. The review application has been filed seeking to review the order of this Court dated 17.12.2025 on the ground that without his presence, the order has been passed. This Court taking note of the fact that the dispute is between the mother and son/petitioner herein and the issue was whether the electricity connection to be given or not, only in that context, the order was passed. Now,
after the review application was filed, this Court has sought for status report from the official respondents. It is stated that no trees whatsoever as alleged by the petitioner is cut or removed, in fact, poles have been erected in the respondent/mother's land and not in the petitioner's land and the electricity connection is granted.
3. In such view of the matter, when the respondent is entitled to electricity connection, merely, on the basis of family dispute, such electricity connection cannot be denied. Hence, I do not find any merits in this review application and accordingly, this petition in WMP.No.4500 of 2026 stands dismissed and consequently, the review application in SR stage itself stands dismissed. No costs.
