O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant permission to conduct cultural programme (Dance and Music programme) to be held on 12.08.2018 from 06.00 to 11.00 pm at Mariamman Temple, Kadaladi Village & Post, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2018. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondent on 08.08.2018 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 12.08.2018, the respondent has not passed orders till today.

3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2018 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law on or before 01.00 pm on 12.08.2018.

5.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that he would inform the respondent about the order passed in the Writ Petition over phone forthwith.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
