ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 5th and 6th respondents to comply with the orders passed by the fourth respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.13656/2022/No.2 dated 19.07.2022.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that their company purchased lands at Kakalur, Kolathur, Kovilpathagai, Attipattu and Chinnammapet during the year 1956 and formed a layout and sold to various third parties. In the year 2017, when they wanted to sell the unsold plot, they came to know that the above survey number is classified as Anadheenam in SLR. The petitioner has 2/4
preferred a representations, based on which, the Department of Land Administration, on 07.07.2022, directed the fourth respondent to take necessary action. The fourth respondent, in turn, vide proceedings dated 19.07.2022 in Na.Ka.No.13656/2022/No.2, directed the respondents 5 and 6 to take action. However, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, the petitioner confines prayer by seeking this Court for issuance of direction to the respondent 5 and 6 to conclude the above proceedings and pass orders within a reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents 5 and 6 to conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.13656/2022/No.2 dated 19.07.2022 and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
