This petition has been filed seeking to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2017 and nominate a competent Police officer to conduct further investigation on the false complaint against the petitioner and 4 others in Crime No.122 of 2017 on the file of second respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the 1st respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.122 of 2017 and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.166 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Jayamkondam and the same is pending for trial. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted at this stage. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach trial Court to invoke provision under Section 216 and 319 Cr.P.C before the trial Court. 4.With the above observation this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
