Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of SA.No.155 of 2020 order passed on 03.12.2021 on the file of the 1st Respondent, quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to furnish all the details about the E-Auction Sale date 29.3.2021 and consequently direct to the 2nd Respondent fix correct reserve price as per the rules and guidelines of the RBI for fixation reserve price for mortgage property.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to pursue the matter before the Debts Recovery Tribunal concerned, as the petitioners are willing to pay the entire due amount to the bank. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle today to that effect.
