This application has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish security for a sum of Rs.4,13,399/- failing which to pass an order of attachment of the immovable properties described in the schedule to the judges summons pending initiation and disposal of the arbitration proceedings between the applicant and the respondents and till the enforcement of the Award that may be ultimately passed in the arbitration proceedings.

2. A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant to permit him to give up relief as against the 1st respondent.

3. Memo is recorded.

4. Despite service of notice to the 2nd respondent, none appeared on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

5. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to furnish security for a sum of Rs.4,13,399/- on or before 07.04.2020, failing which attachment order will be passed.
