WMP.No.3952/2021 in WP.No.7850/2020 S.S.SUNDAR, J., The above miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 144 days in representing the restoration petition to restore WP.No.7850/2020.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner/party-in-person, has given reasons citing COVID 19. It is stated that no public transport or private vehicle was allowed during COVID 19 and hence, the petitioner could notfollow it up before this Court.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition.

4.Hence, this miscellaneous petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Restoration Petition and list the same for hearing.
