2. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and the Fourth to Sixth Respondents submit that after filing of the Writ Petition, the contesting parties have entered into a settlement dated 23.05.2016 under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and a copy of the same has been produced, which has been placed on record. On account of the subsequent events, nothing remains for consideration in the matter.

3. In fine, the Writ Petition stands disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
