..Respondent Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of declaration, declaring that the notification dated 29.09.2000 vide GSR 760(E) and the news item published on 18.09.2005 in Deccan Chronicle to that effect is not binding on the petitioner and also to direct the respondent not to interfere with the use of HDPE cans by the petitioner for packing its Herbal Water.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
