[Order of the Court was delivered by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 229 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2018 by the Family Court, Thiruvallur under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the petitioner/appellant is the husband of the respondent and both the petitioner as well as the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
have passed away last year.
