This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17830 of in Crl.O.P.No.24978 of 2022 on 25.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
