This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Special Court, Cuddalore in Crime No.259 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kurinjipadi Police Station, Cuddalore District.

2. Having satisfied with the reason stated in the petition, two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26541 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022.
