This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order of direction in the nature of a writ, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.0.1/7758/2013 dated 07.06.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits.
