(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the second respondent concedes that some unauthorized construction in an open area was put up, but on stop work notice being issued on 01.04.2011, the work was stopped. As usual, the Municipality has shown no interest. 2.Learned counsel for the second respondent states that the unauthorized construction will be removed within a maximum period of three (3) months from today and the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to verify the position on expiry of three (3) months. If the unauthorized construction is not removed by then, then the first respondent will remove the same at the cost of the second respondent within a month thereafter. If requested, police assistance shall be given.

3.Writ petition stands disposed of.

No costs.
