ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. Perused the petition and the counter.
2. It is a case of fraud by floating a Multi Level Marketing Company in which the petitioner herein is arrayed as 7th accused. According to the petitioner, she is also one of the investor in the SPARROW GLOBAL TRADING COMPANY and she is the victim of the crime and not an accomplice to the crime. However, the counter filed by the State based on the material collected in the course of investigation indicates that the petitioner herein is a commission agent has allude investors to deposit their money in the dubious multi level marketing company of the name SPARROW GLOBAL TRADING COMPANY. So far investigation discloses that about Rs.7,20,00,000/- has been cheated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and she has made the investors to invest their money for commission. The statement of witnesses indicates that this petitioner had conducted meeting and has given a rosy picture about the finance company and allude the investors to invest their money for preparative returns.

According to the counter filed by the Investigating Officer, this petitioner has made a vital role while establishing a criminal nexus with the SPARROW GLOBAL TRADING COMPANY and acted as a conduit between the investors and the Company. She has also confers about their role during the investigation and payment of protection money to various authorities alleging that the petitioner herein is keep on changing her place of residence and unable to trace her for investigation, hence oppose the grant of anticipatory bail.
4. Considering the gravity of the crime and the necessity for custodial interrogation of the petitioner to unraveled the trail of money collected, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
