C.M.P.No.9913 of 2021 in CMA.S.R.No.60700 of 2019 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 382 days in filing the appeal against order made in MCOP No.2155 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Forum at Coimbatore dated18.12.2017.

2.M/s.Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/insurance company has no objection to the delay being condoned.

3. Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 382 days is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the above Appeal.
