The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation made by the writ petitioner on 28.07.2005. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. On a perusal of the representation submitted by the writ petitioner which is enclosed in the page No.11 of the typed set of the papers filed along with the present writ petition. This Court is of an opinion that the writ petitioner has raised certain public concerns regarding the violation of CRZ notification by the TATA Iron and Steel Company (TISCO). The writ petitioner raised that certain environmental clearances cannot be granted in view of the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. However, such public causes are to be addressed by filing proper petition before the Competent Court of Law or before the Authorities concerned.
3. However, now after a lapse of 13 years, the direction as such sought for to consider the representation cannot be granted and it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the appropriate Authority for the purpose of redress the grievances in the manner known to law.
4. With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
