ORDER
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the revision petition has been dismissed on merits after this Court took note of the conduct of the petitioner, against which, the petitioner proposes to file the second revision petition before the Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that there is no willful disobedience of the order and that on account of administrative issues, the matter got delayed.
3. Though this Court is not fully convinced with the explanation offered, as the order has now been complied with, this Court does not propose to take any deterrent action against the respondents. It is made clear that the respondents should not disobey the orders of court in future and that their conduct will be monitored by this Court.
