Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to submit the Final Report in Crime No.361 of 2024 within a period in the Judicial Magistrate Court, Madhavaram, Chennai.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.361 of 2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the first respondent-police will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three (3) months.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the first respondentpolice to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.361 of 2024 within a period of three (3) months from today.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
