This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 285 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent and submitted that the second respondent has no objection in ordering this petition. The first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 285 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner/appellant is not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal. vkr 25.02.2020 NOTE: Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
