The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to directing the show cause notice dated 19.03.2016 is under challenge in this writ petition. However, the respondent filed a counter affidavit stating that the writ petitioner has been dismissed from the service in proceedings dated 26.04.2016. Thus, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
