Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition of appearing before the Pudukottai police station on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. imposed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.24771 of 2021 dated 17.12.2021 directing the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN,Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition that the petitioner was directed to appear before the Pudukottai Police Station, while granting anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the sole breadwinner of the family, due to the condition imposed on him by this Court, he needs to stay at Pudukottai. Hence, the present modification petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, reason is justifiable, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police Station on every Saturday at 10.30 am.
