ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Second Appeal No.S.A/21685/F/2023, dated 28.12.2023 on the file of the respondent.
2. The petitioner has made an application under Sections 6 and 7 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 before the Public Information Officer / Principal, Government Law College, Chengalpet, seeking certain information regarding admission in the Law College and its Hostel for his wife. Since no proper details have been given, the petitioner has preferred a first appeal before the First Appellate Authority / Director of Legal Studies, Purasawalkam High Road, Chennai and the same was partly allowed by directing the Public Information Officer / Principal, Government Law College, Chengalpet, to provide details regarding certain questions. However, as the petitioner requires details of all his questions, he has preferred a Second Appeal before the Respondent herein on 28.12.2023 in S.A.No.21685/F/2023 and the same is pending till date. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation before the Respondent on 23.01.2024 and the same was not considered yet. Hence, this Writ Petition.
3. Heard Mr.M.Vijaya Ragavan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned counsel for the Respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the Second Appeal No.S.A/21685/F/2023, dated 28.12.2023 pending before him and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
