By order dated 12.10.2022, O.P.No.101 of 2022 was allowed by appointing the petitioner as the guardian of the person and property of two minor children, N.Srivarsa and N.Dharsini. The present application is filed in view of a typographical error on the first page of the order whereby the name of one of the minors is mentioned as M.Srivarsa instead of N.Srivarsa. The petition and other documents on record indicate that the correct name of the minor is N.Srivarsa. Consequently, the Registry is directed to re-issue the order after carrying out the following corrections: Replace "In the matter of minor M.Srivarsa and minor N.Dharsini" with "In the matter of minor N.Srivarsa and minor N.Dharsini". 21.02.2023 rna 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
