ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.01.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought (i) copy of complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.09.2020 bearing Complaint ID No.EUM20097517 (ii) CSR Copy of the complaint dated 02.09.2020 (iii) Summon copy sent to the petitioner (iv) Summon copy sent to the accused (v) Copy of written statement given by the accused, if any (vi) the details of the complaint status and (vii) the complaint status report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the Sub Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruvallur, conducted an enquiry and subsequently closed the complaint.

3. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
