ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue direction to the Respondents R1 to R5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2018 and to pass appropriate orders
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a native of K.A.Mottur Village and previously the people residing in the said village had formed committee to conduct festival at Gangaiamman temple. But later on, the respondents 6 and 7 headed two different groups each consisting of 10 families having control over the entire temples in the village. The said two groups were dominating the entire village and due to which the village was divided into two groups and it led to disruption of peace and tranquility in the village and also there are three other temples which are under their control due to which the day to day activities of the village people in offering prayers is disturbed heavily. Hence, the petitioner made representations to the respondents 1 to 5 dated 08.10.2018, 26.11.2018 and 07.01.
2019, but no action was taken from the respondent's side. While being so, the respondents 6 and 7 constructed new temples and sub-temples and the 7th respondent conducted Kumbabishekam and renovated the same on 10.02.2019. In-spite of the representation, till date no order has been passed on the petitioner's representation. Hence, this Writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to the groupism caused by the respondents 6 and 7, it is giving unbearable torture and suppression of the minor communities during the festivals and pooja. He further submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2018 and pass appropriate order within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's representation was received and the same was forwarded to the second respondent. He further submitted hat the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.
5. The learned counsel for the respondent 6 and 7 prays that this Court may issue direction to the second respondent to provide opportunity to the private respondents before passing orders.

In view of the above, recording the submission made by the counsel for the Respondents 1 to 5, this Court without going into the merits of the case, issues direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents 6 and 7.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
