PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed in Para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.24761 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 condition " the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.24761 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 that "the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24761 of 2024 on 04.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report Page No.2 of 4

before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore weekly once, i.e., on Monday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
