ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26603 of 2024 vide order dated 25.10.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.26603 of 2024 on 25.10.2024 is totally relaxed.
