PRAYER: - The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023, praying to relax the condition that the petitioners shall stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.536 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.536 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly from 21.01.2025 to 08.02.2025.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.536 of 2025 on 09.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
