This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 203 days in preferring the appeal questioning the award dated 29.11.2023 passed in M.C.O.P. No. 113 of 2018 by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/I Additional District Judge, Tindivanam. 2.

In the affidavit filed, it has been stated that the copy application

for the judgment was applied on 30.11.2023; the copy was made ready on 19.01.2024; it was taken delivery on 23.01.2024; thereafter, the papers were forwarded to the Divisional office, Tindivanam, who in turn, forwarded the papers to the Regional Office of the petitioner at Pondicherry, being the competent authority and thereafter, it was sent to the counsel for C.V. KARTHIKEYAN,J.
