COMMON PRAYER: The Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C. against the Judgment and Decree of Additional District Judge, Tiruvannamalai in A.S.168 & 169 of 1997 dated 09.02.1999 in confirming the Judgment and decree of the District Munsif, Thiruvannamalai in O.S.1061 & 1580 of 1994 and dated 30.09.1997.

It has been represented today that the sole respondent had died and it is also seen that the appellant had not taken any steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent on record.
