A.N.Parthasarathy ..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to execute and register sale deed for the shop in Vegetable Market in Block C Shop No.37 at Koyambedu Wholesale Vegetable Market, Koyambedu measuring an extent of 300 Square feet in petitioner favour.

ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Counsels for the respondents 3 and 4 and perused the materials available on record.

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to execute and register sale deed for the shop in Vegetable Market in Block C, Shop.No.37 at Koyambedu Wholesale Vegetable Market, Koyambedu measuring an extent of 300 Square feet in favour of the petitioner.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, the third respondent has already conducted an enquiry, but so far has not passed any order. It is further submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2017.
4. The learned Counsel for the third respondent submitted that the third respondent is ready to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
5. The learned Counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the third respondent has already completed enquiry and he has to pass orders.
6. In the light of the above submissions and considering the facts of this case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity hearing to the necessary parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
