ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order dated 02.02.2021 passed by the first respondent on which he was instructed to route all the files related to Horticulture Wing through Associate Dean.

2. The said memorandum has been issued to the petitioner on 02.02.2021. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is scrupulously following the instructions given in the above memorandum.

3. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the memorandum has set in a tone of warning the petitioner as though he has committed some lapses. But the fact remains that no action has been taken against the petitioner and the memorandum can only be like a serious instruction given to the petitioner. So far as the petitioner obeys the orders and routes the file through proper channel as instructed, he need not worry about any further action against him. The fact remains that no further action has been taken against him despite the college has been upgraded as University.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed. No
