The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to consider the representation dated 28.11.2022 given to the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 28.11.2022 and in response the District Registrar (Administration), Chennai South issued a proceedings stating that the petitioner shall submit his statement. Thus, the enquiry is in progress and yet to be disposed of.

3. In view of the fact that the enquiry is pending before the District Registrar (Administration), Chennai South and the said enquiry is directed to be completed as expeditiously as possible and pass final order is to be passed without causing any undue delay.
