From the perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, it is noticed that the petitioner has participated in the recruitment process pursuant to the Notification No.1/2015 dated 09.05.2015 and 13.01.2016 for filling up the posts of 'Assistant Inspector of Sericulture' and 'Junior Inspector of Sericulture' in the Tamil Nadu Sericulture Department with Registration No.3025. He also appeared for the written examination and secured 106 marks and secured 11 marks in the interview i.e., a total of 117.75 marks.
