2. Mr.R.Srinivas, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. Mr. Ravikumar Paul, learned Senior counsel for Mr.S.Baseer Ahmed, learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 have no objection to grant leave and ordering the petition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, leave is granted and the petition is ordered. However, we make it clear that the respondents are at liberty to raise the issue with regard to locus standi of the petition at the time of arguing the Original Side Appeal.

Post the Original Side Appeal on 29.03.2022.
