This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by one Mythili as against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.No.G1/DIG/E-12777261/02/2026 and the same was closed and the petitioner was called only for enquiry and that the respondent police are not unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition stands closed.
