PRAYER: The Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C. against the Judgment and Decree dated 05.08.1997 made in A.S.No.68/91 on the file of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Ariyalur, modifying the judgment and decree dated 31.08.1990 made in O.S.No.1041/81 on the file of the Court of the District Munsif of Ariyalur.

J U D G M E N T

It is represented that the appellants died and the legal heirs of the appellants did not come forward to implead themselves in the case. It is also reported that the first and the third respondent died. However, the appellants have not taken any steps to bring the legal representatives on record. 2.In view of the above, the second appeal stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
