ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 18.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is passed against the 5th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
3. Admittedly, civil suits are pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sholinganallur in O.S.Nos.827 and 868 of 2024 pertaining to the very same property. In view of the same, necessarily, the petitioner will have to approach the said civil court and seek appropriate reliefs there. Page No.2 of 4
4. This Court had expressed its view to the learned counsel for the petitioner that necessarily the petitioner will have to approach the civil court and cannot seek relief before this Court, which is exercising powers under Article 226 of Constitution of India. After this Court expressed its view, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to raise all her grievances that has been raised in this writ petition in the abovementioned civil suits pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate all her rights pertaining to the subject property in the aforementioned suits.
